This warm hooded jacket has been designed for a quadriplegic so as to be donned and doffed independently, with the help of the loops on the sleeves that can be fastened to the wheelchair handles. The jacket features a wide back and sleeves, and comes with a smooth interior lining. Zipping is made easier by the magnet at the base of the zipper. In addition, loops have also been sewn along the entire length of the zipper to offer support for holding and pulling the zipper. The loops actually serve to allow the user to zip up the pocket herself. The high collar helps keep the body warm. The jacket is shorter at the front to avoid any discomfort excess fabric may cause when sitting.
